Pilot Mediation Program begins in Judge Mary Devereux's division at the 22nd Judicial District Court. This innovative
program, co-created by Mark Myers, will require families with contested child custody/visitation cases to mediate prior to
their court date. Mark is appointed to the Court's Panel of approved mediators.

JUNE 2011 Mark successfully mediates a family succession dispute which
had been litigated for more than three years in two different courts. After three mediation sessions, all issues were
resolved. The parties were so satisfied with the mediation process, they all agreed to bring any future disputes
related to the succession property back to Mark in arbitration.
