JUNE 2011 Mark successfully mediates a family succession dispute which had been litigated for more than three years in two different courts. After three mediation sessions, all issues were resolved. The parties were so satisfied with the mediation process, they all agreed to bring any future disputes related to the succession property back to Mark in arbitration.
